Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is confirmed, we take 1–2 working days to pack it at our warehouse. After dispatch, our delivery partners typically deliver within:
- 2–4 business days for metro cities
- 5–7 business days for the rest of India
You will receive a tracking link on your registered email and phone number once your order has been dispatched.
Prepaid Free shipping pan India.
COD A non-refundable shipping charge will be added at checkout.
Cancellation Policy
Order cancellation is only possible if your order is unfulfilled and still at our warehouse. Please reach out to us immediately to check if cancellation is possible:

Once your order is dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it. We recommend reviewing your cart carefully before placing the order to avoid any inconvenience.
Common Questions
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking link. If you have not received the link, please reach out to us over email or WhatsApp with your order ID and we'll help you right away.
If the tracking link shows that your order is lost or untraceable, please share your order ID with us over email. Allow us 8–10 days to get your order delivered — we will stay in touch with you throughout and provide the best possible solution.
If your prepaid order has been returned to us, reach out with your order ID over email. We can place a replacement order or process a full refund on a case-by-case basis.
If your COD order has been returned to origin, you can go ahead and place a new order on the website.
Unfortunately, products can't be modified once an order is placed. If the order has not been dispatched, we can cancel your original order and create a new one on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us over email immediately.

Our team will take 7–10 working days to investigate thoroughly and get back to you with the best possible resolution. We will not be able to provide a solution if you reach out after 48 hours of the order being marked delivered.
